Gozo, a popular Mediterranean restaurant on South Broadway, has failed this round of Fox 31's Restaurant Report Card with 10 critical health code violations. Violations include rodent droppings, the handling of ready-to-eat food with bare hands, and two dead flying insects in the buttermilk. After repeated attempts by the station to contact upper management, the GM contacted FOX 31 Denver and shared that the violations had been corrected.

Spicy Thai Asian Grill failed its second inspection in two years. Eleven critical health code violations were cited during two unannounced inspections in October 2015 and April 2016. The restaurant was cited for dead roaches, roach feces, and slices of fruit left sitting on a dirty counter. The owner neglected to respond when pressed to comment by Fox 31. Spicy Thai has since passed a follow-up inspection.

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Westminster earned the "A" of the week in its second perfect inspection in the same report.
