Stella's on 16th, a conceptual marketplace-cafe hybrid, will open at 1550 Wewatta Street later this year. From its 6,760 square foot space located inside the Triangle Building in LoDo, Stella's will be able to serve some 150 guests at any given time.

"Stella's on 16th is the perfect addition to the Triangle Building as it will appeal to people on the move in the Union Station area," said Chris Frampton, managing partner at East West Partners, the developer of the project. Other commercial tenants in the building include WeWork and Liberty Global, who have moved in fully, and Autodesk, set to join in July.

The restaurant, owned by Brian and Stella Cohenwill offer soups, sandwiches, and salads created with seasonal ingredients along with a selection of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and freshly baked pastries.

"Having WeWork in-house supports the philosophy of Stella's and being in close proximity to Union Station, which has become the Grand Central Station of Colorado, integrating all forms of transportation in one place, you really could not ask for a better locale," owner Brian Cohen shared.

When it launches this fall, the marketplace will be open seven days a week.
