Flow Juice Bar Returns to Cap Hill With a Revamped Menu

The little sister to Max's Wine Dive temporarily shuttered earlier this year

Flow Juice Bar, the cold-pressed juice emporium that took a hiatus from serving in Cap Hill this winter, has re-opened its doors. Located at 208 E.7th Avenue, next door to sister concept Max's Wine Dive, Flow Juice Bar is again serving its cold-pressed juices, smoothies and expanded food offerings.

The new selection of juices and smoothies includes Greenify (spinach, kale, pineapple, banana, and coconut milk), Detox (parsley, beet, cucumber, celery, ginger, and lemon), and Recover (almond butter, banana, almond milk, kale, protein powder, avocado, blueberries, and MCT oil).

Flow also incorporated an expanded selection of food items, new breakfast and lunch offerings, that include a hummus sandwich, roasted eggplant ratatouille, and a gazpacho. Bonus: For a caffeine kick, guests will be able to choose from a variety of coffee optionslike the cold brewed Coffee Buzzzz smoothie, made with dates, almond milk, banana and maple syrup.

Flow Juice Bar will be open seven days a week from Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
