After eight years as the executive chef of The Kitchen, Kyle Mendenhall has joined the Meadow Lark Farm Dinners crew for the three month summer season. He will be cooking aboard the popular kitchen bus called Bella alongside chef Alberto Sabbadini. The entire calendar for the dinners that run from June 25 through September 17 is now posted online and reservations are secured via a lottery - Yes, that is how popular these events are.
Chef Bob Blair, who shuttered Fuel Cafe late last year, found a new home at the upcoming Coperta, 5280 Magazine reported. Chef and owner Paul Reilly brought him on-board to open the upcoming Uptown restaurant. While construction is still pending, Blair is in the kitchen at Beast + Bottle a couple of nights a week.
The TAG Restaurant Group brought Mario Nocifera of the now shuttered Lower 48 on board. He is currently working at chef Troy Guard's upscale steakhouse Guard & Grace while waiting for Mister Tuna to open. Nocifera will serve as manager at the upcoming RiNo restaurant.
