Earlier this month, restaurant veteran Mike Stone, a former partner at Trinity Grille, opened Stones on 32nd, a tavern with the outdoor look of a diner roadhouse that offers Colorado comfort food. Stones sits right at Pecos and 32nd, across from the seven-eatery strong Avanti Food & Beverage. It has a parking lot, an outrageous luxury in the crammed LoHi neighborhood, a homey feel, and a menu that classic menu that includes everything from crab cakes to ribeye steaks.
The new restaurant has the feel and attraction of a neighborhood hangout from its simple interior that boasts an inviting bar, boots and tables, and a number of tvs to the approachable menu and diverse beverage items. Guests can visit for lunch and dinner daily and for brunch on the weekend. A full menu is available online.
