A new bar and cafe opened at 13th and Pearl last week. The brainchild of owner Jake Soffes, Hudson Hill captivates with modern minimalist decor, a fantastic by-the-glass wine list, and bar snacks that complement it all.
The 1,400 square foot space is reminiscent of a European cafe where lingering in good company listening to old school music just makes sense. Guests can order from the cocktail list that includes exotic choices like The Green Hour (tequila, coconut, mint, bitter orange, and nutmeg) or the 8 AM (espresso, whiskey, amaro, and lemon peel), but can also opt for wine from a carefully curated list or one of the cool American craft beers offered. Snacks range from mixed olives or Marcona almonds to cheese plates and terrines.
Hudson Hill is open at 4 p.m. daily. The schedule may be extended to include morning hours in the future.
