What: Waste not is the message of this event benefiting We Don't Waste, a Colorado non-profit focused on redistributing excess food to underserved populations. Denver's finest turn food destined for a landfill into gourmet dishes; Colorado pork and beef will be provided by Tender Belly and Prosper Farms while all other ingredients will be revealed closer to the event. Live performances follow the dinner for which early bird tickets are $175.
