Fat Jack's Supersubs is blowing up. The company owned by Kyle and Brooke Fabra just launched a location in Baker, is about to upgrade its LoHi presence with a new space, and was just selected to open a location on the Auraria Campus in Downtown Denver.

The newest location of Fat Jack’s, a sixth to join the small chain, just opened 450 Broadway, next door to the brand new outpost o Dae Gee Korean BBQ. In LoHi, the current building that houses Fat Jack's will soon be demolished so the sandwich shop is furiously working on completing a new space at 3326 Tejon, next door to Western Daughters Butcher Shoppe and Old Major. Rumor is that the Juicing Tree, which is also being pushed out of the Dickenson Plaza building, will join the sandwich shop in its space.

By August, students on the Auraria campus will have a sub and more experience of their own before or after classes. The upcoming attraction will feature a signature Fat Jack's store that will include select breakfast offerings from Rosenberg's Bagels, Little Man Ice Cream by the scoop, Cinnaholic Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls (100% Vegan), and a yet-to-be-named provider of organic/fair trade drip coffee. Bicycle delivery will be available on campus, and plans to have live music on the location’s patio on select days of the week are in the works.
