Cowboys Saloon American Grill and Bar is now open at 8230 Northfield Boulevard in Stapleton. The entertainment-oriented Southern restaurant with locations in four states aims to combine simple hearty meals with a raucous atmosphere.
The new venue is located in the space that formerly housed a Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill before the chain's bankruptcy last year. The redesigned space features an expanded dance floor complete with a standing bar. Free nightly line dancing lessons and concerts are part of the attraction here.
Cowboys Saloon is open from 3 p.m. daily with closing time at 10 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, midnight on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
