Four Friends Kitchen, a neighborhood a.m. eatery that opened in March 2015, brought on Scott Parker as executive chef. Known for his simple yet inventive dishes and commitment to seasonal cooking, Parker left a ten year tenure at Table 6 in 2013 to open Session Kitchen. When the Old South Pearl restaurant closed last summer, he joined Carbon Beverage Cafe. His resume includes stints as Adega (Denver), Game Creek Club (Vail), and the Grouse Mountain Grill (Beaver Creek), among others.
In his new position, the chef will continue to serve the classics that guests have come to love at Four Friends but he will also tweak dishes and put his own spin on the menu. A summer rooftop dinner menu is also in the works. For the time being, the family-friendly restaurant located at 2893 Roslyn is open seven days a week, from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
