LODO — On Saturday, May 7, learn the advanced techniques and tricks of an artisan baker with the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts. Create cookies with seasonal ingredients complete with special guidance for high-altitude bakers. Lunch with wine is included with the class. The tickets are $89 and must be purchased in advance here.

BOULDER Frasca Food & Wine explores the wines of Marc de Grazia's portfolio on Monday, May 9 in its Monday Night Wine Dinner series. Sommeliers will share the selections as guests decide which of the wineries they prefer. The dinner is $50 per person for four courses with optional wine pairings. BOULDER — Try five experimental lagers paired with unique selections from Haystack Mountain Cheese at Wild Woods Brewery on Tuesday, May 10. RINO — The Colorado Restaurant Association holds its annual Industry Spotlight Awards at the EXDO Event Center Tuesday at 6 p.m.. Tickets are $115 and include drinks and a four-course dinner created by all-female guest chefs, the Women Who Rock. Among the chefs are Serena Romeo of Comida Longmont and Sheila Lucero of Jax Fish House. Tickets are on sale until Monday, May 9 at 5 p.m. and can be purchased here.
