BAKER — Baere Brewing Company partners with The Real Dill and Tony's Market for the Discovering Colorado Breweries series on Friday, May 13. The limited pickle, cheese, and beer pairing accompanies each 10 oz pour with two cheeses, two pickles, and gifts including a Brewtography Project tulip glass, and an 8x10 inch print signed by Dustin Hall of Brewtography Project. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25 here or $30 at the door.

LODO —€” Explore and engage the traditional flavors and dishes of Mexican Street Food with the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts on Friday, May 13. Participants will focus on the star of the show - the meat - and learn seasonal seasoning tips along with a guided tasting by a local tequila company. The collectively made meal will conclude along with dessert and local craft beers. Tickets are $89 and can be purchased here.

AURORA — The Aurora Food Truck Rodeo is back every first Friday from May 6 to September 2. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Aurora Municipal Center on the Great Lawn, check out Aurora's local food trucks serving up their best food. This month's vendors include Manna from Heaven, 5280 Sliders, Fire Truck Crepes, and more. Check out the event page for more vendors and menus.

NORTH DENVER — The Colorado Chocolate Festival takes of the Denver Mart this Friday and Saturday to host nearly 100 vendors and more than 80,000 samples. The event will feature several Mother's Day booths and a full entertainment roster. By popular demand, the festival will host a variety of chocolate pairing demos including whiskey and coffee pairings. There will also be a chocolate eating contest, live music, and presentation of the Chocolatier Championship Awards.Admission is $5 and Taste Tickets for samples are $10 for 12. BERKELEY — The Tennyson Berkeley Business Association, Horseshoe Craft & Flea Market, and Local 46 team up this Saturday for a Berkeley Beer & Spirits Mini-Fest. Check out the flea market during the morning and head over to Local 46 for an after-party starting at 3 p.m. complete with Block & Larder BBQ and drinks from Ratio Beerworks, Classic Wines, Peach Street Distillers, and more. The event features live music from Modern Whiskey Market. More information is available here.

AURORA — Join Dry Dock Brewing and the Brew Hut for a special Mother's Day Wine and Cheese Making Class on Sunday. Introduce mom and the family to the step-by-step process and fine art of making six gallons of wine. Time for Dezzerts will serve its famous beer cupcakes from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at South Dock. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased here.

LAFAYETTE — Visit the Post Brewing Co. this Sunday for an afternoon of backyard beer and barbecue. Starting from 3:30 p.m., fix yourself a plate of barbecue ribs, cornbread, coleslaw, and house-made sauces along with select brews from the popular spot.
