BLACKBERRY FARM DINNER

A slice of the the iconic Tennessee restaurant and resort will be shared at the top of Ajax Mountain on  Saturday, June 18. A limited number of tickets is now on sale for the Southern Supper with Blackberry Farm. The event will begin with bites from the larder kitchens and highlight cheeses, charcuterie, and preserves. Chefs Cassidee Dabney, Sarah Steffan, and Josh Feathers will share farm favorites while Food and Beverage Director and Sommelier Andy Chabot will pair the dishes with wine. Tickets are $400 and can be purchased online.

OXHEART POP-UP

A two-day pop-up featuring chef Justin Yu, the 4-star, James Beard Award-winning restaurant from Houston, Texas will take place on Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18. Named among the Food & Wine Best New Chefs in 2014, Yu will present a six-course menu of Oxheart's native Houstonian dishes cooked The dinner costs $110-$140, not including tax & gratuity and seats for the event presented by Resy are limited. Resy will also offer limited reserve seating in 12 Food & Wine Classic seminars. You can book online or on the Resy app.

FOOD & WINE CHARITY RACE

The 5K Charity Race will take place on Friday, June 17, starting at 7 am in the Rio Grande Park. Attendees will hit the pavement with favorite chefs for this 3.1 mile run that benefits the Wholesome Wave. Registration, which can be completed online, is a mere $30 in advance and open to the public.

RARE ITALIAN WINE DINNER

On Friday, June 17, starting at 8 p.m., Element 47 at the Little Nell is hosting a 20 seat dinner for true Italian wine lovers. Master sommelier Rajat Parr, partner/proprietor, Sandhi Wines and Domaine de la Cote, will present classic vintages of celebrated producers, paired with a four-course rustic Italian dinner. Parr is one of the James Beard award-winning authors of the book "Secrets of the Sommeliers: How to Think and Drink Like the World’s Top Wine Professionals." The dinner costs $700 per person and reservations can be made by calling 970.920.6330.

Guild of Sommeliers Rare Wine Dinner

Through the Little Nell’s partnership with the Guild of Sommeliers Scholarship fund, an exclusive four-course dinner focused on French Classics is offered on Saturday, June 18, starting at 8 p.m. The star of the event will be the wine pairings drawn from old and classic vintages. Master sommeliers Jay Fletcher and Shayn Bjornholm will be joined by Carlton McCoy, master sommelier and wine director at The Nell for the 12-guest dinner that will take place at Element 47. The dinner costs $1000 per person and reservations can be made by calling 970.920.6330.
