FORT COLLINS — New Belgium Brewery partners with Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar to celebrate its 25th birthday with a beer and salmon bake anniversary dinner on Wednesday, June 15. The menu features seasonally caught selections and brews released from New Belgium's secret stash. Tickets for the event are $85 per person and can be purchased here. The event is limited to 100 seats. All proceeds from the event will benefit The House That Beer Built, a nonprofit partnership between breweries and Habitat for Humanity.

BALLPARK — Ignite Burgers and Bar kicks off the third annual Bluegrass, Beer, and Bourbon Festival on Saturday, June 18. The music starts at noon, Great Divide takes over the tap at 1:30 p.m., and Mile High Spirits starts sampling spirits at 2 p.m.. The event is free to the public and will feature grub by Ignite.
LONE TREE — Lone Tree Brewing releases the Cucumber Wheat Beer for its annual Summer Solstice Celebration on June 18. Drafts start pouring at 11 a.m. and will accompany 808 food truck, live music from the Mango Brothers, face painting, and outdoor activities - including a dunk tank. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Colorado Cattlemen Agricultural Land Trust. Admission to the event is free and more information can be found on the Facebook page.
FORT COLLINS — The annual Brewer's Olympics is back for a fifth year as breweries and beermakers compete in unusual - and often messy - tests of skill, luck, and determination at Go West T-Shirt Company. Cheer on your favorite brewery as they compete against one another while you sip on their speciality brews. More local beers will be available for a suggested donation and all proceeds will benefit the House that Beer Built. The event will also feature a DJ, food trucks, a chance to dunk local bartenders in a tank, and spectator sports. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased here.
