A former Acorn sous chef and alumna of The Spotted Pig in New York has announced her new "scratch-to-table" restaurant in Stanley Marketplace, scheduled to open in Aurora in the fall.

Annette will be Chef Caroline Glover's first restaurant concept, offering seasonal and locally sourced wood-fired fare for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, as well as a full bar.

Sample menu items include sides of spaetzle, platters of grilled beef tongue and bone marrow, roasted poussin, and Glover's mom's pecan pie.

"I wanted to create a restaurant that was an extension of my home and the way I like to cook and entertain for friends and family," Glover said in an interview with Stanley Marketplace. "I've also worked at some amazing restaurants and farms in Colorado, New York City, Pennsylvania, and Vermont over the last decade, and all of that will inform the ethic of Annette."

Joining Annette in Aurora will be the third outpost and new flagship location of Yellowbelly Chicken, which currently has locations in Boulder and Vail.

The casual eatery serves fried and roasted chicken with a handful of salads and sides.

When it opens, Stanley will also be home to locations of ComidaRosenberg's, Infinite Monkey Theorem, Denver Biscuit Company, and Mary Empanada, among others.
