Caribbean casual spot Cuba Cuba Sandwicheria opened its doors to a fourth outpost in Stapleton, just around the corner from the brand new and very busy Torchy's Tacos.  With a colorful look dotted with bright paint accents and fun Cuban-inspired imagery, this new eatery matches its sister locations set in the Tech Center, in Glendale, Highlands Ranch, and Boulder.

The menu includes sandwiches, from the Cubano o Pan Con Lechon (pork) and Pan con Pollo (chicken), wraps, like the Picaddillo (homestyle ground beer) and the Palomilla (steak), as well as a couple of salads, a kids menu, plus a beverage menu with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

The new shop is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner with happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays.

As this new chapter has opened at 8261 E. Northfield Boulevard, Cuba Cuba is preparing to say goodbye to its Boulder shop. Staff confirmed that the outpost set at 25th and Arapahoe will close its doors before the end of the month.
