ASPEN — The Ride & Dine dinner series hosted by the Little Nell Hotel returns on June 23. Cyclists are invited to ride to the restaurant's partner ranch, Emma Farms, in Snowmass to enjoy an al fresco dinner. Before the dinner, select wines with Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy before embarking on the 20 mile journey to the farm. Transportation is provided back to the hotel after the event. VAIL — The Vail's Farmers Market hosts its second season of summer farm to table dinners. Vail's most talented chefs prepare seasonal dishes with locally sourced ingredients in a series of three dinners. The first dinner is on June 25 and features executive chef Shawn Miller from Terra Bistro for appetizers, San Miguel Chefs Chef Zamora Larios and chef Masterson for the side dishes and entree and executive chef Julian Smith from bōl for dessert.The other two dinners are planned for July 22 and August 12.
