Much speculation surrounded the future tenant of the vacant Sinclair gas station set at South Broadway and Florida. Snarf's Sandwiches will take that shack over, BusinessDen reported, and it will turn it into a new location before the end of the year.

The 2,500 square foot space that sat empty for many years is being designed by architect Shaun Minné. When it opens, the casual spot will offer the full menu of sandwiches and sides, but also beers on tap, canned beers, as well as wine. Only one other Snarf's location, the one near DU, has a liquor license.
