Pica's Mexican Taqueria, a restaurant that launched in Boulder in 2010 (but got its original start in Jackson, Wyoming in 2001), added a location in Louisville earlier this month. The menu at the new outpost mimics the Boulder some popular specials like the tinga sopes, chilaquiles, and chile rellenos have been permanently added to the menu.
The space located at 901 Front Street was designed by Andy Johnson of DAJ Design with Shawn Hoven of O&I Woodworks being in charge of a lot of the custom work and Good Apples handling the signage and graphics.
Pica's Louisville is open Sunday through Wednesday 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m, and Thurday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
