THE NICKEL

In addition to its barrel-aged Negroni, The Nickel is also a Negroni-inspired dessert. Guests can enjoy orange-juniper sponge cake served in a rocks glass with Campari "styrofoam," vermouth ice cubes and a freeze-dried tangerine. $1 from the sale of each cocktail or dessert will go directly to the American Cancer Society.

The bar located in the center of the Source in RiNo is featuring variations like the Gardener's Negroni made with fennel pollen, elderflower, Jura White, Suze, and Cognac.

This award-winning bar in Larimer Square partnered with Pablo's Coffee to create the first ever Negroni-aged coffee bean. 135 lbs. of unroasted beans were aged in a Negroni barrel, then roasted, and packaged. Buy them at Pablo's locations and Green Russell. This week, the bar is also offering a cold brew Negroni cocktail

A new hot spot in Denver, the Way Back is bringing its Negroni game to raise money for Water for People. A happy hour is hosted on Tuesday, June 7 from 4 to 7 in honor of the celebratory week, but you can order your Negroni all week long.
