Bison and Beer Dinner, New Sours at Dry Dock, Lunch at Temple Bakery

WESTMINSTER Join Kachina on Thursday, June 9 at 6:30 p.m. for a special Bison & Beer Dinner. Chef Bolton, New Belgium Brewing, and Prairie Ridge Buffalo Ranch are hosting the event that starts with drinks and appetizers on patio, followed by a seated indoor dinner featuring unique Southwestern dishes paired with New Belgium brews. Tickets are $50 per person, and can be purchased on Eventbrite.

AURORA Dry Dock Brewing Company has announced a brand new beer series that features favorite offerings from South Dock's barrel program. Batch No. 1 of the Dry Dock Funk n' Sour Series, Brett Stock Ale debuted at South Dock (15120 E. Hampden Avenue Aurora, CO 80114) this week. The beer will be on draft and available in very limited 375mL bottles. More information is available online.

CURTIS PARK The Long I Pie, part of Temple Bakery is now offering lunch to go. Starting this week, there's a special quinoa salad and greens salad every day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fresh juices by Juice Temple are also available.

EAST COLFAX — On Friday, June 10, starting at 12 p.m. Cerebral Brewing is releasing its second iteration of Invisible Hand, a dry-hopped Brett table ceer. Each batch is fermented with a different strain of Brettanomyces then split into two tanks and dry-hopped with two different complementary hops. This batch used Brettanomyces bruxellensis var. Drei and was dry-hopped with Azacca and Equinox. Additional details are available online.
