AURORA — Dry Dock Brewing Company has announced a brand new beer series that features favorite offerings from South Dock's barrel program. Batch No. 1 of the Dry Dock Funk n' Sour Series, Brett Stock Ale debuted at South Dock (15120 E. Hampden Avenue Aurora, CO 80114) this week. EAST COLFAX — On Friday, June 10, starting at 12 p.m. Cerebral Brewing is releasing its second iteration of Invisible Hand, a dry-hopped Brett table ceer. Each batch is fermented with a different strain of Brettanomyces then split into two tanks and dry-hopped with two different complementary hops. This batch used Brettanomyces bruxellensis var. Drei and was dry-hopped with Azacca and Equinox. Additional details are available online.
