Wine maker Ben Parsons of Infinite Monkey Theorem will open a taproom within Stanley Marketplace, which is slated to complete construction in Aurora in the fall. This will be the second Colorado location of the eight year old winery that has its flagship in the RiNo neighborhood.
"Stapleton is an underserved neighborhood experiencing rapid growth," said Parsons. "The Stanley project will bring together an exciting mix of local businesses to create a one-stop recreational experience, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it."
At the Stanley, the winery will offer Malbec, Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc on tap, as well as a selection of canned favorites, including Dry-Hopped Pear Cider made with Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. The space will be situated on the third floor of the development.
When it opens, the Stanley will also be home to locations of Comida, Rosenberg's, the Denver Biscuit Company, and Mary Empanada, among others.
