Look Inside Mister Tuna, Troy Guard's Gorgeous New RiNo Restaurant

The stunner will open its doors on Friday

There is no question that RiNo's dining game sky-rocketed over the last few years and adding to that now is Mister Tuna, a brand new stunning restaurant from chef Troy Guard. The sprawling 3,500 space set inside the Industry development at 3033 Brighton Boulevard is now home to Guard's 10th restaurant, a modern grill-centric that will seat up to 115 guests inside with another 40 on a patio.

Garage doors line the dining area on one side and a large open kitchen flanks it on the other, with a bar running the length of the room. Apart from the rotisserie grill, there is a raw bar, a pickle bar, and cocktail bar.

Mister Tuna, which was designed by Boss Architecture, opens on Friday, July 15 and will serve dinner seven days a week. Daily lunch service will be added on August 15. Eater photographer Adam Larkey previewed the space and is offering a sneak peek into the soon-to-open attraction.
