Maloney's Tavern on Market Street could be seized within the next two days due to unpaid rent and taxes.
A notice posted Thursday on the door of the Larimer Square bar demanded that $58,691.85 be paid within three days to the property owner Larimer Associates, which leases commercial space in the square as well as in Union Station.
The amount includes unpaid rent of $34,323.66 for the months of June and July, as well as $9,739.81 in taxes for those months, and various other charges.
Maloney's has additional locations in Tucson, Flagstaff, and San Diego. Neither the bar's owners nor the property manager were immediately available for comment.
