Pokémon Brewery Crawl Announced in Fort Collins

Fort Collins' old and new favorite pastimes are combining Saturday, July 30, for a Pokémon GO craft beer crawl.

Four breweries and a local beer bar are participating in the event, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. along the Mason Bike Trail in the Northern Colorado city.

Fort Collins newest brewery, Maxline Brewing, is hosting, along with Zwei Brewing, 1933 Brewing Company, Black Bottle Brewery, and The Mayor of Old Town.

The crawl kicks off on the south side of town, with crawlers making their way north. Tadpole Pedicabs and The MAX Bus Rapid Transit will be available for transportation.

Lures will be dropped at the beer-centric Pokéstops following the day's schedule. Each venue will feature specials on beer and/or food, and giveaways will be offered along the trail.

All ages are welcome to play, though participants must be at least 21 to drink.

Meanwhile, Denver's Pokémon GO bar crawl set for August 20 continues to grow with 8.5k interested and 2.1k attending.
