Prior to opening this fall in RiNo, Dio Mio will host a series of pop-up events to introduce its pasta concept to Denver.
The casual eatery, helmed by chefs Alex Figura and Spencer White (previously of Black Eye Coffee Cap Hill), will serve three-course dinners at Uncle, on July 31, and Hop Alley, on Aug. 28.
The dinners will feature house-made bread, small plates, desserts, salads, and pasta. Diners can expect "a mix of ‘grandma’s’ Italian food and experimental flavor combinations." Gluten-free pasta also will be available upon request.
Tickets starting at $30 are available online, with options for wine pairings and a chef's selection in addition to the three-course meals.
For more information on the restaurant, opening at 3264 Larimer Street, visit the website.
