Connecticut-based fast-casual franchise, Wayback Burgers, is now serving at 5098 South Federal Boulevard in Englewood in a 1,500 square foot space inspired by American roadside burger joints. This is the first Colorado location, which bears no relation to The Way Back, a hot new bar and eatery set at the edge of Berkeley and the Highland.
Wayback Burgers, which operates in 26 states, is committed is to serving 100 percent fresh, never frozen ground beef, cooked to order, available as a single, classic double, triple and triple triple (nine) patty, and old-fashioned milkshakes.
The "way" in the name comes from offering things "way" beyond the burger, so guests should expect crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, salads and sides, including fries, onion rings, home-style chili and house-made chips.
