National Fried Chicken Day

When: Wednesday, July 6, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: Goodbird Kitchen, both Lafayette and Longmont locations
What: Free beer will be flowing alongside the fried chicken plate when you mention its National Fried Chicken Day. If you're really hungry, order a bucket and receive three free beers.

The Big Eat

When: Thursday, July 14 at 6 p.m. 
Where: Denver Performing Arts Complex, 950 13th St
What: The sixth year of celebrating the best of Denver's independent food and drink scene. Tickets cost $50 and include unlimited bites, beer, wine, and cocktails. The event will feature more than 40 vendors.

Little Nell Farm Dinner at Emma Farms

Little Nell

When: Thursday, July 14, 4 p.m. 
Where: Emma Farms, Aspen
What: The Ride and Dine series is back for a trek from Little Nell restaurant to Emma Farms. Cyclists of all skill level are welcome to bike the 20-mile ride from the Snowmass hotel. Before riding to the farm, guests will help select wines from the 20,000-bottle cellar with wine director Carlton McCoy. The dinner will be prepared by the restaurant's team.

Mac & Cheese Festival

When: Saturday, July 16 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: Copper Mountain, 209 Ten Mile Cir, Copper Mountain
What: Chefs vie for the award "Best Mac and Cheese in Summit County" as well as a $1,000 cash prize. Festivities for guests include dish samplings, an eating contest, live music, and booze.

The Denver Deluxe

When: Saturday, July 16, noon to 8 p.m.
Where: Park Burger RiNo, 2615 Walnut 
What: Park Burger's RiNo outpost debuts the Denver Deluxe, a neighborhood festival that celebrates music, beer, and burgers. 10 Barrel Brewing Co. will keep the brews pouring to pair with the Deluxe Burger. Tickets range from $20 to $30.

Vegetarian Farm Dinner with Cafe Aion

When: Sunday, July 17 at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Oxford Gardens, 10145 Oxford Rd, Longmont
What: Join Chef Dakota of Cafe Aion for a farm-fresh vegetarian dinner at Oxford Gardens. Tickets for the event are $95 and include the sit-down meal and drinks.

Keystone Wine and Jazz Festival

When: Saturday and Sunday, July 16 and 17
Where: River Run Village, 195 River Run Rd, Breckenridge 
What: A special summer rendition of the popular Keystone festival returns for a weekend of wine seminars, special tastings, and jam sessions. The event features more than 300 varieties of wine. The celebration kicks off on Friday with a Reserve Wine Tasting.

Beast + Bottle Musical Chairs Dinner

When: Monday, July 18
Where: Beast + Bottle, 719 E 17th Ave
What: "Musical Chairs," a series of musically inspired dinners returns with a dinner inspired by Beastie Boys' "Licensed to Ill." A different track will run throughout each of the courses. Expect dishes like the "No Sleep Till Brooklyn," a New York-inspired cheesecake completed with espresso.

Tastemaker Dinner at Frasca Food & Wine

When: Wednesday, July 20 at 6 p.m.
Where: Frasca Food & Wine, 1738 Pearl St, Boulder 
What: The Boulder restaurant hosts Carlo Franchetti of Passopisciaro & Tenuta di Trinoro for a special Tastemaker dinner. The event includes a five-course tasting menu and wine flight. The menu will highlight the flavors of the red wines.

Lone Hawk Farm Dinner

Rocky Mountain Tea Festival

When: Saturday and Sunday, July 30 and 31 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: Boulder Teahouse, 1770 13th St, Boulder
What: Visit some of the area's best tea shops to learn about specialty tea and the brewing process. Local industry leaders unite to teach the community about and share quality tea for the festival's sixteenth year. Ticket prices range for each event.

JUL-IPA

When: Throughout the month of July
Where: The West End Tavern, 926 Pearl St, Boulder, CO
What: The month-long IPA celebration is back for its eighth year of beer specials, an online silent auction, and a satellite mini-taproom. The remote tapping will occur every Tuesday and Thursday. Top off the month at the Tavern for a grand finale party on the patio complete with bourbon, barbeque, and beer.
