Bronze Empire Launches with Hot Pots, Ramen on Colorado Boulevard

A new Chinese restaurant took over the Red Coral space

The space that was the Red Coral for 33 years is now home to Bronze EmpireWestword reported. A Chinese eatery, the new restaurant set at 1591 South Colorado Boulevard, focuses on hot pots and gives guests the chance to watch the simmering of the broth right at their table where an induction burner is set-up and able to handle multiple pots at the same time.

Diners can choose between a variety of broth flavors plus meats, seafood, vegetables, but can also go for stir-fried dishes, ramen, and steamed buns, and a unique ramen sandwich, available with either sautéed mushrooms or pork belly.

The restaurant is open every day but Monday for lunch and dinner.
