Denver Flea Returns for a Tenth Time at City Park

ESTES PARK — Colorado's finest winemakers and mead makers come together for a weekend of enjoying locally produced wine, cider, and mead in the mountains at the Estes Park Wine Festival. Additional festivities include music and retail and food vendors. Tickets for the two day festival can be purchased for individual days or as a weekend pass. The 21+ event kicks off at Bond Park, rain or shine and entry includes a wine glass, tastings, and a wine tote, Tickets start at $40 and sales will stop 24 hours before the event; they can be purchased online or at any King Soopers.

DOWNTOWN — The Denver Flea Market returns for a tenth round of local food,  craft vendors, and music at City Park's Thatcher Fountain this Saturday and Sunday. The free event will feature an outdoor concert are and new all-you-can-sip craft beverage package. Explore and the wonders that Denverites can create in the heart of the city. RINO — The DJs of So What! and cider-makers of Stem Ciders host a spunky Saturday brunch at The Preservery this weekend. The Beats + Eats brunch features breakfast buffet paired with Stem Cider cocktails. So What! will be on hand to produce the jams. UNIVERSITY — The famed Machinaton, a burly 10% ABV dry-hopped American strong ale, returns to the tap and in bottles to Fermaentra on Saturday, August 13. Stop by anytime between the brewery's open ta 12 p.m. till close at 11 p.m..

EAST COLFAX — To celebrate five years on East Colfax, Marczyck Fine Foods launches The Colfax Clambake, an East Coast tradition with an urban twist. Each dinner includes 1 and 1/4 lb of lobster, clams, corn, potatoes, and copious amounts of butter. Lobsterman Tom Flanigan will be on deck to serve up the goods. Tickets are available for pre-order online only. Diners can choose between an option of times between noon and 2:30 p.m. and seafood for $34.99 each.

ASPEN — The Ajax Tavern barbecue series returns on August 14 - and this time, the focus is Colorado barbecue. Expect Colorado classics including bison ribs, elk sausage, cedar plank trout, smoked potato, and more. The event starts at 6 p.m. at Ajax Tavern and features drinks, live music, and more. RINO Bierstadt Lagerhaus and The Rackhouse Pub come together on Sunday, August 14, starting at 10 a.m. for a brewer's brunch. Bierstadt brewers Bill and Ashleigh along with Rackhouse's chef Brandon Muncy will be available to explain pairing choices. DOWNTOWN Westword Tacolandia! comes to Sports Authority Filed at Mile High on Sunday, August 14 for an afternoon of unlimited samples from over 30 restaurants, live entertainment, a cash bar, and access to the First Annual Car Show from Saints & Sinners Car Club.
