Thrive360 Eatery, a fast-casual restaurant sister concept to Protein Bar, will open its first Denver location on Wednesday, August 3 at 10:30 a.m. Set at 1001 17th Street (at Curtis), the health-driven eatery will serve customizable dishes for breakfast, and lunch, plus some healthy snacks.
On the menu, guests will find bowls, salads, and wraps made with seasonal greens, protein-rich grains, and other ingredients, as well as a "make your plate" option where diners pair a protein and housemade sauce with two sides. On the beverage side, there will be Kombucha on draft and even Kombucha mocktails with seasonally-flavored ice cubes. Bonus: A menu of the signature blended drinks from Protein Bar will also be available.
Here's why you want to go on opening day: All guests who visit Thrive360 Eatery after doors open at 10:30 a.m. may purchase any entrée item for just $3.60. From opening and through Friday, August 5, two "Blender Bikes" will be located on the outdoor patio giving guests the chance to hop on a bike to blend smoothies and participate in blending competitions against other Thrive360 Eatery fans for the chance to win prizes. 100% of all proceeds blended on the "Blender Bikes" and $3.60 of each drink purchased at the restaurant during through August 12 will benefit the American Heart Association and CycleNation.
Starting on Thursday, August 4, Thrive360 will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
