Olde Town Arvada continues its growth with the addition of a brewery and tap room from the Denver Beer Co. team. The upcoming project, located at 5768 Olde Wadsworth Boulevard, will mimic some of the open look and feel of the Platte Street outpost and will include a brewery, tap room, and outdoor patio.

Inside the 4350 square feet tap room, there will be a new seven-barrel brew house and a tasting room. An additional 1500 square feet of outdoor patio space in front of the building will give guests more room to enjoy their brews. Throughout the venue, long communal tables, large open garage doors, industrial finishes, and art from local artists will be highlights.

Fans should expect the Arvada location to offer a similar menu of rotating beers that change with the seasons, a signature and exclusive Arvada beer, as well as the Denver Beer Co. flagship brews including Graham Cracker Porter, Incredible Pedal IPA, Sun Drenched Exploratory Ale.

Construction on the space that was formerly the Craig Chevrolet Dealership, will start immediately with the intent of opening in 2017.
