Golden Triangle's Gateaux, a bakery that opened its doors in 1999, will open a second location in the Stapleton neighborhood next spring.

"When I thought of a new location, Stapleton seemed to be a perfect fit for Gateaux," said Kathleen Davia, the bakery's founder and owner. "We create cakes and pastries for families, and Stapleton is clearly a fast growing family community. We also work with businesses, community groups and local organizations, and in my review, Stapleton has great potential to expand," she added.

The attraction will be set in a 1,854-square-foot space at Stapleton's newest town center development at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Havana Street, on the neighborhood's east side close to Aurora and the Fitzsimmons area. It is now set to open on March 1.
