LAFAYETTE — Seafood takes over the Rocky Mountains on Friday, August 5 in celebration of National Oyster Day at Reelfish Fish & Chips. The restaurant will prepare a variety of oysters in five different manners. Come in the afternoon to munch on oysters and check out the Happy Hour specials on drinks and snacks.
STEAMBOAT AND BRECKENRIDGE — Both the Steamboat Wine Festival and Breckenridge Wine Classic are joining forces with Applejack Wine & Spirits to launch a new wine delivery app during both festivals. Attendees can order vino from the app and request either store pick-up, direct shipping, or delivery to the metro-Denver area. The app is available on both Android and Apple devices.
UNION STATION — The Pig & the Sprout, an up and coming spot tucked behind Coors Field, introduced brunch service for vegetarians and carnivores alike. Join the restaurant this weekend for dishes that include fried chicken and waffles, bread pudding "French toast," and a smoked trout platter.
SOUTHEAST — The Rocky Mountain Brew Run makes a pit stop at Copper Kettle Brewing on Saturday for another edition of beer, games, and sweat. Starting at 10 a.m., run along with High Line canal path - a nice and flat course - before returning to the brewery for your bounty. After the run, stick around for snacks from food trucks and the beer Olympics games. Entry costs $25-$30 and comes with a Copper Kettle beer and coaster.

UPTOWN — This Sunday, the team at Beast + Bottle partner with Sea to Table to throw a Invasive Species Mutiny at the uptown restaurant. The dinner will feature directly sourced wild and domestic seafood from independent fishermen and commercial docks. Planned dishes include charcoal-cured Lionfish, wild boar, and a prickly pear macaroon. The dinner is $65 per person and is available with optional wine pairings.
