On Monday, August 8, Torchy's Tacos is hosting the opening party at its newest Colorado location at 8505 East Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village. From 5 to 8 p.m., guests will get free tacos and free drinks, chips and dips, and more. In true Torchy's style, the opening will be celebrated with a variety of giveaways.
An Austin-born company with multiple units in Texas, the eatery launched in Colorado in February with a location at 10th and Broadway. Since then, Stapleton got its own Tex-Mex outpost and Fort Collins will follow next month. Another one is already planned for Westminster at Wadsworth Boulevard & West 88th Avenue.
Every location shares the same menu and general flamboyant, red-streaked aesthetic. Popular items on the set menu are the breakfast tacos with beef fajitas and scrambled eggs and the "trailer park" taco loaded with fried chicken, green chiles, lettuce, pico, and cheese. Guests can also customize and choose a protein or a vegetarian option, the level of spice/heat they prefer, and their desired style.
The Greenwood Village eatery will start regular business hours on Tuesday, August 9 at 7 a.m.
