Quickly expanding in Colorado, Zoës Kitchen, a fast-casual Mediterranean concept, will launch a new outpost by Union Station on August 18. The new restaurant is located at 1920 17th Street. Headquartered in Texas, Zoës Kitchen launched in Colorado with a spot in Littleton in March 2016. Locations in Westminster and Fort Collins followed. Boulder is the next one, coming up in September.
With indoor and outdoor seating the family-friendly environment eatery offers a menu inspired by cuisines of the countries in the Mediterranean. Dishes include the Med salad, chicken kabobs, a hummus trio, and piadinas, with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options.
Giveaways and deals are offered to celebrate the opening. A Facebook contest will award one diner free Zoës for a year and the first 500 people to enter will receive two complimentary entrées to the first 500 people to enter. The contest can be found on the Zoës Kitchen Facebook page.
The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
