RINO — In light of The Crush art festivities taking over RiNo this week, Black Shirt Brewing Company allies with Vinyl Me, Please to host THE SPINS, a monthly vinyl listening series, on Thursday, September 15. This month, wax poetically about Glass Animal's recently released album, How to Be a Human Being. The brewery will release a new pineapple Saison, Pork Soda, inspired by a Glass Animals song of the same name. Local band Sunboy will perform live on the Pallet Stage. WESTMINSTER — Executive Chef Jeff Bolton from Kachina Southwestern Grill leads a cook demonstration and tasting on Thursday, September 15 that highlights the flavors of New Belgium brews. Chef Bolton will demonstrate and prepare a variety of dishes including Fat Tire braised short ribs and chocolate cake made with 1554 caramel lager.
