Look Inside RiNo's CHUBurger and Hotbox Roasters

Coffee and doughnuts are already on at Hotbox!

CHUBurger is just about to get off the ground in Denver at 35th and Larimer, just across the street from the ever hot Hop Alley. Set in a large space, over 3500 square feet, with simple modern design dotted with some Americana elements, the new venue brings to life the concept created by Oskar Blues Brewery in 2013 at its home location in Longmont.

There are several burgers, made from antibiotic-free, hormone-free Black Angus beef (plus a chance to build your own adventure in your burger), sides, salads, chilis, and "brew bites" that include cheese curds and potato pierogis. There are also shakes and sodas but most importantly a wide selection of beer on tap. When it opens, it will serve lunch and dinner daily.

Next to the burger joint, already open, is Hotbox Roasters, a coffee and doughnut shop that also features some beers. The cheerful space is dotted with blue and orange accents and welcoming seating where guests can enjoy coffee drinks and creative doughnuts made from scratch in house daily. Guests can also buy coffee cans to go as well some coffee-related accessories and Hotbox swag. The shop is open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
