Last week, New York City burger sensation Shake Shack sent Denver into a frenzy when it revealed that it is finally bringing its crinkle fries (and so much more) to the Mile High City. At that point, the exact location remained undisclosed with RiNo being described as the neighborhood. The mystery is solved now: 30th and Larimer is where the outpost of Danny Meyer's chain will launch, hopefully by the end of the year.
The image above shows the location of Shake Shack in a commercial development that still has room for another restaurant and at least a couple of retail stores. Shake Shack, which will boast a patio, takes up the corner of a block that also includes Finn’s Manor on the same side and Ratio Beerworks across the street.
The developer of the project, Jonathan Bush, and the real estate listing agent, Ken Himel of David Hicks, are putting their money on Shake Shack to bring more tenants in. A real estate brochure available here gives some details on why this building is attractive.
