Sneak Peek: Stella's Will Launch on Friday in LoDo

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served

On Friday, January 27, Stella's on 16th will open its doors to the public at 1550 Wewatta Street, next to Union Station. It will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week with a happy hour going on daily from 4 to 6 p.m.

A casual café, the angular bright venue led by chef Thach Tran and general manager Doug Gruenberg also serves as a grocery marketplace, offering chef- prepared gourmet foods. Weather-permitting, the outdoor seating area will add a lively new social plaza for the community to enjoy.

Signature items at Stella's include Grandma Jean's Buttermilk Pancakes, created with owner, Stella Cohen's, grandmother's recipe, the Mile High French fry flight, a lemongrass pork bahn mi from chef Thach's personal vietnamese arsenal (he is a native of Saigon), and the porchetta sandwich. There is much more to enjoy, as well as a wine, beer, and cocktail list that will complement any bites chosen when the spot opens in four days.
