These Five Spots Will Open in the Next Week

Denver’s restaurant scene grows bigger every single day

Sweet Cow at The Stanley: The Lafayette born shop is opening today in the brand new food and retail complex in Aurora. Already rolling in there are Comida, The Stanley Beer Hall, Logan Coffee Company, Cheluna Brewing Company, Miette et Chocolat, and Yellowbelly.

Chop Shop Lowry: The second location of the successful casual Park Hill eatery led by chef Clint Wangsness will open on Thursday at 200 Quebec Street.

Stella's: A café and marketplace hybrid in the Triangle Building in LoDo, which will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting on Friday. What to look forward to? The lemongrass pork bahn mi from chef Thach's personal vietnamese arsenal (he is a native of Saigon), and the porchetta sandwich are definitely on our radar.

Annette Scratch Kitchen:  Chef Caroline Glover's first restaurant concept, offering seasonal and locally sourced wood-fired fare for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch inside the Stanley Markeplace will open later this week.

Next week, on Monday, January 30, UTurn BBQ is hosting its grand opening in Lafayette. What is UTurn? A new spot serving barbecue classics paired with house-made brews. Both the barbecue and beers are available to dine-in or at the drive-thru.
