The Cluck Truck Goes Brick and Mortar

It will open inside the Dive Inn

The Cluck Truck

A mobile operation that has roamed Denver's breweries and more, the Cluck Truck announced that it is going brick and mortar on South Broadway, inside the Dive Inn at 1380 S. Broadway.

The business serves authentic southern comfort food, including breaded chicken fingers, hand cut French fries, Texas toast with garlic infused butter, and several different dipping sauces. Owner Rachael Tremaine, a native of Auburn, Alabama, gained a loyal following with her chicken sandwiches, deep fried mac 'n cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, and wings.

Here's the announcement that Tremaine shared on Facebook:

"I'm happy to announce that today will be my last day in the Cluck Truck. I'm going brick and mortar and will be leasing the kitchen at The Dive Inn!! (1380 South Broadway) My plan is to be open a week from today for the Super Bowl. Stay tuned for hours of operation! I'm VERY excited for this move. Come see us today at Epic!"
