Arvada lands a trio of chains with familiar names as part of a final upgrade in the $8 million remodel of the Arvada Marketplace, due to be completed later this month.
First to arrive at the 370,000-square-foot retail hub, the 3,000-square-foot home of Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill‘s burrito, tacos, nachos and tortillas, solidifying its local presence and sitting next door to the recently opened Menchies Frozen Yogurt. The restaurant hopes to begin serving within a few weeks.
Debuting before the end of the year, Yellowbelly Natural Chicken takes over a 1,866-square-foot corner spot, next door to Newk’s Eatery. The Colorado concept already expanded to Vail, Boulder and Aurora and rapidly gained attention and a loyal fan base. The menu centers on fried or roasted chicken and sandwiches.
It sits at the opposite side of the marketplace from the First Watch Daytime Café, also promised to open by year’s end. First Watch will take over 3,600 square feet, sharing a building with Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar.
First Watch imported its first local daytime cafe to Northglenn two years ago, and most recently launched in Centennial, ahead of an announced eight future Colorado expansions.
