Zeppelin Station’s latest announced tenant will sell Latin street meat from a walk-up counter in the yet-to-open market hall.
Mister Oso is the brainchild of Señor Bear chef-owner Blake Edmunds. In line with its LoHi predecessor, this new RiNo eatery will have a Latin theme, but in a grab-and-go fashion.
Think pork on a spit and chicken on a stick.
The shawarma-style pork will be shaved fresh to make Mexican tacos al pastor. Sandwiches, quesadillas, and Peruvian anticuchos should also provide market walking fodder.
Diners at the transit station will be able to choose from banh mi, Vietnamese coffee, and pastries, as well as poke, Montreal smoked meats, and gelato, with more options to be announced.
