Oskar Blues Brewery continues to expand its Denver presence with a restaurant, beer bar, and music venue that is slated to open in LoDo by late November.
The Longmont-based brewery known for its canned craft beers will occupy more than 10,000 square feet across two floors at Market and 16th Streets. The space had formerly been occupied by Croc’s and Brendan’s Pub.
Forty-eight rotating taps, spirits, and cocktails, along with a Southern-influenced Cajun and Creole food menu will be available on the main floor.
Downstairs the Black Buzzard music venue will feature a full bar, grab-and-go food, and live nightly Americana performances, from local and national bluegrass, rock, blues, reggae, and folk bands.
This is the third Oskar Blues Grill & Brew location, following an expansion of the pub earlier this month to Colorado Springs. Oskar Blues debuted its Chuburger and Hotbox Roasters in RiNo earlier this year.
The 20-year-old Colorado craft brewery has expanded to include brewhouses in Brevard, North Carolina and Austin, Texas.
