Approaching a built-up reveal of its anchoring restaurant, Zeppelin Station on Monday announced bar plans for the food hall now set to open in early 2018 at 3501 Wazee Street. This behemoth RiNo structure will serve as a workspace and food hall, with nine food and drink options located by the 38th and Blake RTD rail station.
Two bars will serve alcohol inside the space: Kiss + Ride, situated on the main floor, will be a quick-drink spot, and Big Trouble, located in a secluded second-story mezzanine, will cater to a slower pace. The downstairs bar will have a time and travel theme, while upstairs is described as East meets West. Together, the two bars promise to provide day-to-night drinking options for Zeppelin Station travelers.
Along with the basics of the two bars, two forces behind the new beverage program were announced Monday. Beverage director Michael Huebner comes to Denver most recently from Chicago’s Revival Food Hall and Celeste; and bar manager Lana Gailani hails from New York’s Hakkasan, Pouring Ribbons, and Seamstress.
