Logan House Coffee Company, a Denver-based coffee roaster that opened its first brick and mortar inside the Stanley, will open a second one at 35th and Brighton, in an upcoming office and retail space named Catalyst. The caffeine-centric business will occupy one of two retail spaces on the ground floor of the project.
Four year old Logan Coffee House was available only by delivery service to customers’ front doors and businesses until it added the Aurora retail location and moved its RiNo-based roastery to Stanley Marketplace earlier this year. While planning this second 1624 square foot location, owners Andre Janusz and Brooks Gagstetter follow the layout from the Stanley – with a center counter and bar – but will adapt the décor and finishes the vibe of the RiNo neighborhood.
Until it opens next year, there is no shortage of coffee shops in RiNo, particularly those who are riding the small and artisan wave. Some neighborhood favorites include Port Side, Boxcar, Crema (and Crema Bodega), Black Black Coffee, and Stowaway.
