Otra Vez Cantina, a new concept from the Tavern Hospitality Group, will open in the next few weeks at 614 16th Street, one block from Denver Pavilions. The space was previously home to an outpost of Mike's Camera.
The coming attraction is a new Mexican restaurant with a twist, combining modern and traditional food and design elements in a space that includes a high-energy bar, a more relaxed dining space, a lounge, plus a private banquet area. The food will bring a creative take on Mexican cuisine with a commitment to making elements of the dishes in house and using high-quality ingredients. A highlight: Some 100 tequilas will be available for guests, as well as cocktails, beers, and more.
The restaurant group has expanded its reach in the last couple of years. In addition to the nine locations of its main concept, The Tavern, two of which are at the football and baseball stadiums, the group opened Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, purchased Chopper's Sports Grill, and runs Soiled Dove Underground and Cowboy Lounge.
