Speakeasy and Art Gallery Comes to RiNo

Art and the art of the speakeasy are what's on deck for Walnut Street

Millers and Rossi, a venue that will open in RiNo at 3542 Walnut Street, is part art gallery, celebrating all things Colorado, from fine art to photography and sculpture by local artists, part 1920s-style speakeasy. The art business in the front and boozy party back space is a venture started by a group of brothers and friends that include photographer Dustin Miller.

In the dark, cozy, and inviting bar side, guests can enjoy a selection of craft cocktails made with simple ingredients and show-stopping presentation, such as the Smoked Old Fashioned - a signature drink from mixologist Raph Depaz made with Bulleit, demerara, simply syrup, orange, and bitters, served in a smoked glass off of a Cedar-torched plank. Chef Casey Miller complements the beverage selection with a curated tapas-style menu plus an inspired dessert menu for those in the mood for a sweet ending.

RiNo keeps the buzz going and small bars are definitely trending. Another speakeasy is slated to open in June in the vacated alley between Larimer and Walnut on the 2600 block.
