Conor O'Neill’s Closes (For Good) in Boulder

A tragedy for fans of the 18-year-old Irish bar

Facebook

An institution of Boulder's bar scene, Conor O'Neill's will shutter for good after next Saturday, April 22. The beloved bar located at 1922 13th Street had a close call with a closure six months ago but returned to service after the community jumped in to support it. This time, the shutter will be permanent, according to the owner who posted this on the bar's Facebook page last night:

We regret to inform our beloved community of Boulder and beyond that Conor O'Neill's will be closing for good Saturday night, the 22nd of April. While business has increased over the last six months our sales are unfortunately not at the level to make Conor O'Neill's a viable business any longer.

While Saturday the 22nd will be the last day we are serving our doors will be open the following Sunday the 23rd for anyone who wishes to purchase a part of Conor's history.

We are so thankful for the 18 years we have served this community and the last six months have truly been an amazing gift. Thank you!
